The Custom Process
Let’s Talk
Whether by phone, email, or a complimentary in-person consultation at our print shop in sunny Miami, we would love to get to know you and your story. Once we have a good sense of your style and vision for your stationery, we can discuss a timeline and provide you with an estimate of cost. A 50% retainer is required to start on custom designs after your initial consultation.
2. Initial Draft
Once a design direction is chosen, we create a draft of your custom suite and send digital proofs for you to review via email. Timelines vary based on complexity and hand drawn services requested, but first drafts are typically presented within 2 weeks.
3. Revisions
Take time to review your first draft and let us know what you think. We will work together on up to three rounds of revisions to get everything just right (These revisions are included in your custom pricing). Once we have all of your details just the way you like, you can kick back while we do what we do best: printing!
4. Production
Production typically takes between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the complexity and processes involved with your order. We print everything by hand on our antique printing presses and while paying close attention to every detail. Please note: production time estimates do not include shipping time. Please get in touch with us about expedited shipping and production options if you are on a tight deadline.
5. FINISHING TOUCHES
Once your one-of-a-kind suite is brought to life, you will be able to pick them up or have us ship them safely to your door. At this time you'll open your invitations and get tingly with excitement! We are here for you when it comes to guest address printing, calligraphy, and even suite assembly and envelope stuffing. Once your invitations are in the hands of your excited guests, let’s create your menus, table numbers, escort cards, thank you cards, and more!
